A ''missing scene'' for Stockholm, 1973. This is something I wanted to write into chapter 2, BUT... I just couldn't make it fit in there without distracting the flow. It's set right after Jensen's hand falls between the seats and Jared can feel it. I really wanted to put it somewhere, but... just couldn't.
-:--:-
He let go of the wheel and twisted his right arm around, as much as it would go, so that his fingers came in contact with Jensen's skin.
There were no words to describe the softness that his fingertips were touching from the end of the watch belt all the way up the inside of Jensen's forearm.
The skin warm to the touch, a bit damp from sweat, but oh so soft and firm and smooth, bending just a little underneath the pressure of his fingers.
If he could keep his eyes off the road for more then a few seconds – without crashing the car - he'd really look and really see that light green vein run just below the thin layer of skin; that vein that carries what he wants to desperately to see from this man.
But he can't.
He can go slow; take his time, but he can't stop the car.
It would be too much. Even for him.
So he just left his fingers do what his eyes wanted.
Caress, touch, feel.
Later, he'll have all the time in the world to watch that part of Jensen.
Later.
