Hey, anyone who will read this! :)

Umm, so something has happened to me in real life, out there beyond the awesome, safe walls of LJ and the SPN world and it made my emotions go into a complete mess! My mind is NOT where it's supposed to be, and I'm just so ... I don't know ... I just need to get back into the game of writing and forget about everything and move on with my life! :)
Soooo I found this neat little meme thingy post idk whatsitcalled :) Does anyone wanna play!? Or not!? I just ... I need to go back to writing! Because writing's my coping mechanism, it's where I'll find answers to all the mess swimming in my head and just deal with this! So maybe talking about writing will get me inspired again and get me back to the place I was before crap happened ... so ...

I'm actually not feeling anything at all and weirdly enough I'm actually in no specific mood at all ... that's why I need to start writing TO actually start feeling something and to get into some kinda mood and then kill all that with escaping to imaginary world and then go back to living my life :)))

As for me, my favorite theme is family of choice and finding a home. I now see that I write mostly fluff packed in action, which is lots of fun for me to write :) And well, sex is fun to write too :D

I don't think I'm proud of anything I've written exactly - I have fics I like a lot, and ones I'm definitely NOT proud of, but the ones I like best seem to be ones nobody else does! LOL

I worked hard on that one, did lots of research and had some very lovely folk help out with Polish and Danish phrases. And some of the story was based on a real life Danish pilot whose story I'd love to know more about, which made the fic seem more valid, somehow.

Mmmmh, theme theme theme...PWP obviously. I don't know if I even could write anything else. But if the muse ever strikes I would love to write something dark and/or emotional. I love to read dark fics, especially the ones which give me all the feels (goosebumps, tears, shivers, being shocked/shattered), just like in your stories.

And I love that you love all the themes. What's your BB going to be? More fluffy or more dark. I already know that Jensen will be in for a lot of hurt...

*gasps* you cheater!!!! :) but I'll let you get away with it THIS TIME, 'cause we're friends, you get a free pass here, but don't let it ever happen again! :-P

no.5 ... I was fearing this questions, because the answer is a bit ... odd, but it's still true ... my dreams inspire me! I dream in HD, multi color, HD dolby surround sound LOL :) and sometimes I wake up and I'm like wow, man that would be an awesome story! I've written probably 60% of all my stories like that ... and the other 40% is more or less a sentence would pop into my head and then I would build on it ... :) that's that... call me nuts, heh :)

no. 8... the most would be Sam and Jensen, the least Cass! another weird thing, I know, but Sam is so easy, so true, always straight to the point. And Jensen, because it's awesome to write hurt through his eyes and see Jared through his eyes. And well Cass is not my favorite character at all, and if I'd ever put him in a story, it would be just to use his angel mojo :) LOL :)

Of course 'm interested!! It's always fun to get to know other writers/people and see what makes them do what they do ... so link me! :)

GREAT description of Sam's POV, I totally agree. he's my foundation character; I feel I can always count on him! A reliable narrator, for when that's what you want.

I LOVE that you get inspiration from dreams! I very rarely have any storyline in my dreams and don't remember them as often as I wish I did, but sometimes my dreams are wonderfully hilarious and bizarre. If I did write a story from them, it'd be crack. :-)

So sorry to hear about the crap you're going through. I hope that gets better as much and as soon as possible. Sending you hugs. I hope you find your muse to write and that helps you through. Writing helped me through a crappy spell I had a while back. Here's my question:

8. Is there a character you love writing for the most? The least? Why?

Sam and Dean are both my muses and I write mainly through and about them. I think I enjoy writing from Dean's pov most, though because his idiosyncratic voice is always fun to reproduce. Sometimes he's a challenge because he doesn't analyse his feelings or behaviour too much - or at least not straight away - and sometimes he's in downright denial, so I have to use suggestion or irony to imply his motivation when he doesn't understand it himself.

So far, one of my biggest challenges has been writing pov a serial killer in "Something Wicked?". That was creepy.

Thank you and I hope for the same; for all of this to settle down so that I can go back to living my life as it was before crap happened :-) aw, so you have first hand experiance with all this? I really believe that writing helps, sure most people would say that writing is basically an escape from issues, but I say that its not; its a way to cope, a way to deal with feelings and emotions through imaginary worlds, acts and characters. It is a way of dealing, but sadly ""normal"" people don't get just how therapeutic writing can be :-)

Anywho .. so no. 8 ... I love writing Sam, because he is simple, honest and always goes right to the point. Then I love writing Jensen, because I love writing hurt through his eyes and the way he sees Jared. Right after Sam comes Dean and after Jensen comes Jared. The least favorite character would be Cass, because I don't like him and the only reason I would have him in a story would be to abuse his anger mojo! :-):-)

Oh man, Dean is such a complicated character to write, he has soooo many layers and when I do write him, I always have to think so hard before I write his actions or the way he'd say a certain thing. He is a very complex character, who reacts to different situations in so many different ways, that its really hard to write him and not make him too OOC :-)

Oooh but you did that man so good! He was crazy creepy and send shivers down my back! You did a really good job with that serial killer! :-) and you are doing the boys so well too, even if the story is total AU you are still keeping the boys IC, which is awesome and please keep it up! :-):-)
I'm currently not reading your story, because I'm waiting for chapters to pile up, so that I can read like 6 or 7 chapters with one breath! I'm loving the story and I don't do well with waiting for moooooore:-):-) I need a lot of chapters all at once! :-):-)

People who don't write don't appreciate how it helps to heal the psyche. Our characters are all parts of ourselves that we're seeking to unite in the body of our work. I think that was the original appeal of Supernatural, that Sam and Dean were very clear representations of the divisions of the human psyche. I always try to keep those roles very clear in my mind as I'm writing and I think that helps me keep IC. Likewise, I felt Castiel and Bobby had very clear metaphorical roles in Kripke's original canon but everything has become muddied in recent seasons and I don't feel that any of them are true to those original intentions any more, and I actually haven't found any of the main characters particularly likeable since, at least, the start of season 8. I have plans for a very different story arc with Castiel to the one the show played out, and I think readers may find what I do with him quite startling, but I hope and believe what I do will honour the spirit of Kripke's original symbolic intent.

Many thanks for your kind words. I'm glad you found the character effective and convincing . . . but perhaps I should be worried about that :P

I'm hoping to get back to writing the next scene very shortly. And I'm looking forward to seeing the results of your creative brainstorming :)

And, I'm not much of writer, but fair is fair and you have your choice of: OC, Sam and Dean, j2. Trying to capture the boys banter intimidates the hell out of me, so most of my spn stories are outsider pov.

okay no. 9: (your icon is about space, so I went to my space AU J2 that I'm working on)

He was sitting at the table, cherry red wood shining in the dimmed flurescent lights, that always gave him a headache. The chair was hard under his ass and he shifted his weight, spread his legs a bit more and rested his right forearm on the table, twirling a coin he had found lying on the hallway on his way to the ship's restaurant.
There were huge floor to ceiling windows behind his back; stars small dots shining brightly on a black surface.
The hum of the engines was rattling his bones; it was a steady, low hum that felt like tiny fingers were massaging his entire body.
He could hear footsteps coming to him from his left, and when a hand touched his shoulder he let the coin fall on the table and looked up.
"Come on, it's time."
Jared said softly and gripped his shoulder with a stronger grip, a sure and steady grip that didn't allow any backing down. Or runing away.
He sighed.
Shit.

*cough, cough* and as usual for me, the story is mystery and with a kink mixed in there in the form of tentacle!sex - as I wanna try writing that :) LOL :)))

hmmm, okay I choooose J2! :) hit me! :)
and awww, no, why? don't be intimidated ... you don't have to write banter if that scares you, you can do ... ya know, normal dialogue! :) Don't let anything scare you ... writing should be fun and exciting, not scary! :) *hugs you*

And *eep* here's mine. I've only got one J2 and it's also an au - set on an earth in the near-ish future (which is such a wonderful place to play in ;) ) As I said, outsider pov (in this case evil aliens), but if you kinda squint you can see the J's ;p

Sub-Altern Tilat gazed moodily out his large office window, Green… everything was so… green. He missed the comforting press of his nestlings and the humid warmth of his home world, and, most of all, he missed his mate, patiently waiting for him to return. He sighed, stretched and scrubbed a hand through his hair, grimacing at the slippery feel of the strands through his fingers… fingers… huh, he disliked them as well. Still, the form had advantages for the situation. Maybe he’d follow the lead of others in his cluster and remove the annoying fur from his body.
Sunlight reflecting off the glossy surface of his desk caused him to wince and he wondered once again why he had come to this back-water planet.
A soft chime interrupted his morose thoughts, only for them to fall once again as the door slid open to reveal the grim face of his Second.
“Sir, I have an update regarding the latest incursion attempt.”
A raised eyebrow had his Second continuing… hmmm, maybe the fur did have some use after all.
“The attack was, of course, successfully repelled. We recovered six bodies and captured two alive.”
A hard smile made a familiar twist to the Sub-Altern’s face. Now he remembered why he had come here – profits.

I really don't know ... but I guess if I would have to answer it would be: depending on the plot and through which character in the plot I see the story through!? ufff okay no.7 .. uuuuu omgosh I LOOOOOVE SPACE!!! okay... *cracks fingers*

Keran was climbing up Doom Mons, his feet that were covered by sandals when he had left the city, were now bare and bloody, toes missing toenails, the soles of his feet skinned, his heels this close to loosing skin too. But he was so close, too close to stop now. His gray, long robe that was littered with shiny silver lines when he left the city, was no nothing more but some strips and ribbons falling off his body shoulders. His hair wasn't black anymore, but completely white and flowing in the cold wind. The snow that was falling and all but bombarding him, didn't bother him - he was used to cold and show, even on his almost bare skin. He wasn't cold.
There were hours when his lithe body was under attack from heavy rain; huge drops falling onto his milky white skin like birds pecking him. He knew he was bleeding from his back.
Then there were hours of strong wind, that made him move three steps back, only to take one slow step forward.
But he had to keep on moving. He had to reach the peak, where he would meet with the Winchesters, and give them proof of skin traders on Titan, hoping they would be able to help.
He made three more steps, up the huge steep incline that was all pointy rocks covered with snow. He was clutching the small bottle of proof in his dirty hand, long fingers holding tight.
He collapsed onto the ground, merely a mile from the meeting point.
He couldn't go on. He had failed. He had failed Titan, failed his city, failed his family.
He started to weep into the snow, the cold freezing his tears almost instantly, his long white hair falling all over his curled up body, like a shield.
He had failed.

This will be in my next story in the burning moons!verse :) so if you wanna know more, keep a lookout for the story :)
