update on The Hunt + some more

I'm baaack... and yeah still alive and kicking life in its ass. :)
I'm thinking no one missed me here, but for the sake of my own sanity, I'm still gonna say I'M SORRY for not updating The Hunt (will update, I will never abandon the story, you can be sure of that) BUT:

1. I wanted to give you all some vacation time too... what with Big Bang going on, and all other summer challanges, I thought that I should give you a break from The Hunt so that you would be able to read other stories :) and I'm going through BB myself and yeah found some really awesome stories that dragged me in :)

2. I was on vacation.... went on a little road trip for 2 weeks with my friend.... discovered that I hate Italy (which I kinda already knew), France is way way too polite and strange for me, Germany made me go: O.o, and that Vienna will always, ALWAYS be the city I'm in love with :)

3. So when I came back home, I found the house in total, complete, utter chaos and it has taken me a week, A WEEK to get everything back as to how I want it, and I'm still not done yet... still have these little thingies that need to be done so that everything will be as it was when I left.... *sigh* I dunno what my parents were doing these two weeks, but as much as I can see... nothing much! LOL so that's taking a lot of my time too

4. and it's time for the 2nd grass cutting so... yeah I spend most of my days out on the fields and meadows.... exhausting.... and the horses need care and my cats are crazy and my dog, well let's not even go there. so yeah.... life is busy.

5. Will update The Hunt as soooon as I can.... I have the next chapter all planned out, I just need to get some time to write it on my computer and edit it... I seriously can not even tell you, how much I'm enjoying myself in the world of the hunt... idk.. it's weird, but I love it... :) so yeah... the story will never be abandoned, I'll always update, even if it'll take some time between updates... :)

anyways... hope you all ( or well whoever will read this) are having an awesome summer!!!!!!

yes, been to Italy quite a few times, did a mini tour with parents way back, had an expedition from Uni on a dig in Apulia where I met my hubby, been to Rome many times...you could probably say I'm a bit of a fan!

Which 4 BBs grabbed you? I've found several I've really loved, and quite a few that I've enjoyed so far, but still have a ton I haven't read yet.

And as for the next Hunt chapter. I'm on vacation in Australia over the next three weeks, don't know how much time there will be to check up on you all. But if you post something in that time I'll definitively read it when I'm back...probably the first thing I'll do, hehe. :)

Of course we missed you, silly thing! I for one just don't want to push anyone when they haven't posted. You never know why it is. Might be something serious. Maybe we should bother you more often, though? :D

The Hunt is awesome (as is everything else!) And I guarantee there are a lot more of us waiting for updates than actually post. You never know how many lurkers you have!

So glad you got an adventurous vacation, hope your house is back to your liking very soon, my cats are nuts, too, that's what makes them fun, yeah?, and yay for the update for The Hunt!

Missed you loads, and lately been thinking more about your story and how much I miss it. Just hate to bother ppl when they take a break, especially in summer months.

I've also been busy with rl and BB reading. BTW which BB stories caught your attention?

I'm curious why you hate Italy?...Hate is such a strong expression. Did you have a bad experience?

I hope you are all sorted at home and finally relaxing back into rl and lj...:).

missed you too.... man, I missed everyone... I missed writing and I missed reading and I missed talking to people.... and yeah I totally know what you mean by hating to bother people while on break... because everyone needs some time off, right!? :)))))))

*nods* yeah... BB and real life... uff which stories? oh man... idk, some J2 and some SPN... but I'm really mourning the fact that there are SOOOO LITTLE GEN SPN CASEFICS this year... that really saddens me... everything is kinda on the slash side... *sigh* I think I only really really liked 3 or 4 stories... like in a way that totally made me read them until 4am :)
and you?! how many stories did you like this year!?

oh Italy... I don't wanna offend anyone here, if anyone is from Italy, but let's just say that it's a strange, strange country. :))) Slovenia borders on Italy and you can see the change between the countries in a matter of seconds when you cross the border... it's weird.. :)

:)) yeah I'm slowly, slowly getting back into RL and LJ.. slowly, but I'm getting there :)

Nice to know your summer was as busy as mine was. Hope you enjoyed your road trip. I had to laugh at your tidbits about the countries. Been to France myself a few weeks ago and everyone there was either too polite (as you said) or extremely rude. Very very weird.
Though you have me very curious about Germany. What happened that made you go O.o? Hope my fellow Germans were nice to you and your friends. ;D

OMFG RIGHT?!?!? France is odd, I mean either too polite, which freaks me out, because I keep imagining the people being possesed by aliens *shakes head*, or too rude which freaks me out too, because I do not deal well with rude people, brings the bitch out of me..... France is odd, no offence to any people from France, but... yeah... odd! :)

LOL, well Germany... idk... I mean... I'm not used to driving 170 km/h down a highway! LOL, because here in Slovenia we drive 120 km/h or idk 80 km/h LOL :)))) and I've noticed that in stores, you don't have a lot of products to choose from, because here in Slovenia we have like TONS of products to choose from and so yeah.. weird... and people, oh no, people were super nice to me, no worries there... it's just.. I'm not used to... LARGE countries... idk.. and people live in very colorful houses and it was just O.o .. idk... :))))
but yeah people were nice... they were :))))

I spent most of my summer chasing my professor because of my master thesis. He's very nifty in avoiding his students. ;)
But I did take some time off and had a nice vacation at the French Riviera with a few friends. And like you said, France is odd. Polite and rude. Very weird combination. :)
Where did you go?

LOL, good to know the people in Germany were nice... and I know how freaked people are because of the (non-existing) speed limit. My relatives from the US are always baffled and scared when they come visit us. :D And the product range... yeah I get that. You have to go to several stores to find every product you want. It's a bit annoying.

Hope your work at home doesn't tire you out.

YESSS, France is odd... where were you!? which city? I was in Provence... not as beautiful as people think... idk... or maybe it just wasn't for me *shrugs*

yeah the people in Germany were very nice, I had nooo problem with that, but yeah the speed on those highways.. oh man, I had several close encounters with a heart attack... I mean jesusss... and the product range totally made me go WTF?! I mean here, when you go to a store you get everything and more there, but when I went to a store in Germany I was like erm, so where can I find this and that!? LOL... so odd, because I always thought that Germany, being this huge country, rich and stuff, that you'd get everything in a store, but noup, I was wrong.... now when I go to a store here in Slovenia I always wanna fall on my knees and worship the product range... LOL :)

I'll try to take it easy with work and all... but you know how it is :)))

Mine is quick with emails, but as soon as you ask for a personal meeting, it's very difficult to catch him.

Provence, cool. We were pretty close then. My friends and I stayed in a small town not that far from St. Tropez. Now, that is a weird place. Tiny but overflowing with people and yachts. We felt like stepping into the twilight zone. :D

Gonna rest a bit now. Work was kicking me good these past few days.

hahah yeah my professor is awesome.. I really like him.. and LOL it's always him who wants to meet me in person, but I live WAY too far away from the UNI to always see him, so we chat via emails a lot! he's awesome, he really is! I'm very lucky to have him.

yeah Provence, it was cool, not what I expected, but.. interesting! uf St. Tropez... that's WAY too turisty, huh!? I remember when I was in Monte Carlo, oh man... the people there... wow! no words!

Uh, yeah. Way too touristy. Too many people in too small a town. Monte Carlo must have been worse. I'm happy my friends didn't want to drive there. ;)

It's good to know you had a good time on your vacations, sorry about your house but I supose the trip worth it, now, you have to take a rest from your vacacions. I love road trips and in the summer I'll try to travel south, and I'm planing to fly to Easter Island probably next year.

Here is winter, almost spring, and RL sucks big time, hope this end soon, all my country had bad times, last year (the day when Jared weds Gen) we had this earthquake and still this is a mess, we had the worst president ever and now a plane crush on the sea and one of the best nice guys we had, died in this crush.

BUT: spring comes around the corner and it will bring better times, besides, THE HUNT will be soon here (hehehehehe).

First of all, I'm flattered that you wanted to friend me, but I'm afraid you will be very disapointed because I realy don't write in my journal, in fact, I discovered just a few months that I had one, that because I created one to read the awesome fics and great stories form writers like you, who share their talent and allow that people like me read and enjoy them.

As I said, I'm suck on writing, it took a long time to me to start commenting as a way to thank for the sharing,I was hoping that writers could understand my bad english and that they (you) didn't be mad at me for do it.

I don't know if I should start trying to write in my journal or improve my english and comment better. I'm certainly more comfortable writing to one person (to comment and thank) than to everybody; besides, I don't think I have something important to share.

I think it is my homework to figure it out.

And YES, I will wait for The Hunt until it will be ready to come and say hi to us.

let me tell you that your english is great... you are doing great!!! and you know what they say: practice makes perfect, so just.. write, write, write.... :))) I really don't care if you make mistakes when you write or how bad your english is... the most important thing is that you DO write, that you do practice, that you are not scared of going out there and write! :))) okay?! and I'm really proud of you for taking a chance and reviewing, because I was just like you, I was really scared of commenting on other people's stories, but then I just said to myself: fuck it! LOL :))) I really don't think that anyone would be mad at you for commenting in your great english.. but if anyone will be, don't worry, don't get upset, just remember that some people need a happy pill once and a while! :))))

but seriosuly, your english is great! you have nothing to worry about!!!!

you think you have nothing important to share!? :O everyone has something to share, even if you just write about the weather! LOL :) you know!? but do whatever makes you comfortable, okay, but at the same time remember that sometimes you have to do stuff that you're not comfortable with to see that you like doing that too, ya know!? :))))
so maybe you should try to write something on your journal and share with us and then maybe you'll see that you feel comfortable doing that too... you will never know unless you try! :)
