Exactly!!! Just ... post and get it out there and then move on to the next story! :) :)
But yeah, I'm too proud of what I write too and that's why when I see a story that has A LOT of grammar issues or had been betaed, but poorly, it makes me go: "okay, so obviously the writer doesn't respect the language, doesn't respect his/her own story, thus doesn't even respect the readers, so WHY would I respect the story in an extend to a) read it and b) leave a comment?!"
You know? I mean ... at least have respect and pride for the words you wrote! *sigh*

I know I'm not perfect, I mean I make a million spelling mistakes, but they aren't (I hope) in every darn sentence. :) :)

And since we're on this subject, I as a beta, would be ashamed to be attached to a story that has sooooooo many spelling mistakes, it makes your head hurt. Honestly ... *rolls eyes*

So yeah ... while editing a story is haaaaaard work and takes soooooo much time and makes me complain&bitch about it, I still do it, because I have respect for the readers and for what I wrote. I sometimes wish other people would to. :)

And hey btw *waves* Hope you're doing awesome! :)
