The deadline would absolutely freak me out . . . and, yeah, I'd hate the waiting to be picked part, too. I feel bad enough when I know I haven't posted a scene for a while and people are waiting, and then I'm afraid they'll get tired of waiting and just stop bothering to follow the story :( So, yeah, I feel the pressure enough even without hard and fast deadlines. This week I haven't been able to write because I produce a community ezine once a month (and that does have a deadline : / ) I was making relatively good progress last week, though. I've found this episode challenging because there's so much going on in it - and it's about twice as long as some of the earlier ones - but I think it's starting to flow a little easier now I'm on the final few scenes. Maybe by the end of next week or soon after I'll be posting the next update.
